Serum-free medium for mesenchymal stem cells 'STK Series'

The STK series enables serum-free culture of MSCs and, due to its chemically defined composition, is a useful tool for future MSC research.

Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC), one type of somatic stem cell, possess the ability to differentiate or transdifferentiate into cartilage, bone, ligaments, fat, muscle, and blood vessels, and can be isolated from living tissues such as bone marrow with minimal discomfort. Therefore, they are attracting attention as transplantable stem cells for regenerative medicine. Traditionally, the in vitro amplification and differentiation induction of MSCs required fetal bovine serum (FBS) or autologous human serum (derived from the patient's own blood), but the STK series allows for serum-free culture of MSCs and is composed of chemically defined media, making it a useful tool for future MSC research. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Ex-iPS Cell Medium (Human iPS Cell Culture Medium)

No need for coating of the attachment factor, reducing the burden of medium exchange!

■Ex-iPS Cell Medium This product is a serum-free, xeno-free medium that demonstrates stable proliferation ability for induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). It shows higher proliferation compared to other media. Furthermore, for certain cell lines, it can be cultured without the need for coating with adhesion factors, allowing for a reduction in both the hassle and cost of coating. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

4Cell Nutri-T Medium Serum-Free Medium

Excellent results and flexibility with xenofree serum-free medium for lymphocyte culture!

Cell-based immunotherapy is at the forefront of cancer treatment. The most common type of cell-based immunotherapy to date is T-cell therapy (with CAR-T and TIL being the mainstream). The cells used in immunotherapy are generally cultured in a medium supplemented with human serum. The use of serum introduces variability in the process due to individual differences among donors, leading to inconsistencies in cell growth and characteristics. By removing this serum and simplifying the process, regulatory risks are reduced, and the associated logistical burdens are alleviated. Nutri-T eliminates the need for serum by replacing its essential components with specific proteins, lipids, and other small molecules. <Product Overview> ■ Xeno-free ■ Serum-free, no serum supplementation required ■ Compliant with ISO13408 ■ For research use only ■ Developed using cells from actual cancer patients ■ Excellent results with PBMC, TIL, and CAR-T ■ Outstanding results at low initial seeding density
